Brand Identity project for up-and-coming Denver based Realtor, Stephen McClinton. A man bringing a fresh edge to what can easily be an uptight and overly-groomed scene of young professionals.
My mission was to help enhance his image and make it say "I'm different, but I'm trustworthy"
I always say that good design is important. Not because it's my job, but because as humans we all judge books by their cover, whether we want to or not. It's involuntary, and we can determine if we trust a person, a product or a brand in a moments time because we can digest an entire image with just a glance. It's not like a song or a movie that take the duration of them to fully digest them. So it was important to me to help Stephen put his best foot forward with this identity project. This meant selecting fonts colors and design techniques very carefully in order to preserve his edge and darker aesthetic, without compromising clean, trustworthy layout.
